Plan D features coverage for:
- Medicare Part A deductible $1,736
- No copays for Doctor office visits nationwide, both primary care and specialists, after the Part B deductible is met
- Inpatient hospital care
- Emergency care, after you pay your Part B deductible
- Skilled Nursing
- Foreign travel emergency care
Plan D does NOT cover:
- Medicare Part B deductible $283
- Prescription drugs
- Routine hearing and vision services
- Preventive dental services
Plan G features coverage for:
- Medicare Part A deductible $1,736
- No copays for Doctor office visits nationwide, both primary care and specialists, after the Part B deductible is met
- Inpatient hospital care
- Emergency care, after you pay your Part B deductible
- Skilled Nursing
- Foreign travel emergency care
Plan G does NOT cover:
- Medicare Part B deductible $283
- Prescription drugs
- Routine hearing and vision services
- Preventive dental services
Plan G+ includes a $2,950 deductible but a lower monthly premium than other plans, similar to other types of high deductible health plans.
With Plan G+, you pay 100% of your medical costs until you reach the $2,950 deductible. Then the plan features coverage for:
- Medicare Part A deductible $1,736
- No copays for Doctor office visits nationwide, both primary care and specialists, after the Part B deductible is met
- Inpatient hospital care
- Emergency care, after you pay your Part B deductible
- Skilled Nursing
- Foreign travel emergency care
Plan G+ does NOT cover:
- Medicare Part B deductible $283
- Prescription drugs
- Routine hearing and vision services
- Preventive dental services
Plan N features coverage for:
- Medicare Part A deductible $1,736
- Inpatient hospital care
- Skilled Nursing
- Foreign travel emergency care
Plan N requires co-payments after the Medicare Part B deductible is met $283
- Doctor office and specialist visits: no more than $20
- Emergency care visits: no more than $50
Plan N does NOT cover:
- Medicare Part B deductible $283
- Prescription drugs
- Routine hearing and vision services
