Enhanced Member Website 

Beginning February 18, the homepage and Member section of our website will have a new design and more intuitive navigation providing users with an enhanced overall experience.

Members will be able to:

  • Login to their online accounts and view a new dashboard to access benefits information, claims, and health and wellness programs.
  • View personalized information on the programs and services they are eligible to receive.
  • More quickly and easily find the information they want when they need it, using their smartphone or tablet, thanks to a new mobile-responsive design.

To take full advantage of the new site, members should login or create an account. (If members don't have an online account, they will need their Member Card with subscriber ID available to complete their online registration.)

The redesign is a significant step forward on our digital roadmap and is possible because of the honest and valuable feedback provided by our members. 

We are also working to enhance the Broker, Employer, Provider and Medicare areas of our website in a similar fashion in future phases.
