Cost and coverage

Bronze Select is an IRS-qualified high-deductible health plan. Bronze Select has a lower monthly cost but costs more when you get care. Bronze is a good option if you use health care services infrequently.

This plan includes coverage for preventive and routine adult and pediatric dental benefits like an oral exam and cleaning as well as coverage for basic dental care like fillings. Adults will also have coverage for a routine eye exam.

This plan includes coverage ahead of the deductible for preventive drugs and additional diagnosis-based preventive medical services.
