Our Resource Centers offer personalized assistance in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. At a Resource Center, you can:

  • Meet 1-on-1 with a licensed advisor to discuss your health insurance options
  • Get assistance in applying for and purchasing coverage
  • Ask questions about your coverage, benefits, or billing 
  • Attend a seminar and other educational events
  • And more

Need to pay a bill? While our Resource Centers are not able to process bill payments, you can always pay your bill online, by phone, or by mail. Visit our Member Bill Pay Options page for more information.
