Silver&Fit gives you the choice of membership in a fitness club/exercise center or the Silver&Fit Home Fitness Program. And the best part is that for a low annual fee, you are offered this great program as part of your Medicare Advantage plan membership with us.

In additional to a great local network of participating facilities to choose from, the Silver&Fit Home Fitness program offers you a choice of up to two Home Fitness kits such as Strength Exercise, Walking, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Aqua Aerobics, Stress Management and Dance kit. A national network of fitness facilities is also available for our snowbird members who travel.
