Annual Notice of Change Letters Coming Soon
This month, group benefit administrators with Senior Choice (HMO-POS) or Univera Medicare (PPO) plans will be mailed a (insert link for letter) (PDF) with an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC). The ANOC provides details on 2017 benefit changes.
All Medicare Advantage members will be receiving their 2017 ANOC, along with the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) before September 30, 2016, as required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Benefit changes go into effect January 1, 2017.
2017 premiums will not be available until October.
Members who receive extra help paying for premiums will receive a separate mailing in September that will show the amount of their low income subsidy.
