Helping Members Help Themselves

In February, we launched a new Member portal page that provides access to a redesigned dashboard that includes benefits and claims information, health and wellness programs, as well as personalized information on the programs and services Members are eligible to receive. 

Many questions your employees have can be answered by accessing their personalized information online—which may save a call to the Customer Care Center or calls to their benefit managers. 

Registering an account is simple, but does require the Member’s subscriber ID.
