Attend a FREE Medicare Plans Seminar to learn about our:
- Medicare Advantage HMO and/or PPO plans (with and without prescription drug coverage) and
- Medicare Supplement Plans
To make a reservation, either click the register button below or call our Sales Line toll-free at 1-800-671-6081, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday – Friday. From Oct. 1 to Dec. 30, representatives will be available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (TTY/TDD users call 1-800-662-1220). Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
Our meetings are subject to change. We recommend that you RSVP so we can notify you if this situation occurs.

If you're turning 65 soon or shopping for coverage, you may have questions about Medicare. Our local Medicare Sales Representatives can help. Just stop by our Mobile Office Hours and they'll provide the answers you need and help you understand your options. There's no obligation and it's absolutely free.

Univera Healthcare contracts with the Federal Government and is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Univera Healthcare depends on contract renewal.
